Our chiropractic and functional medicine clinic is looking to hire a friendly and outgoing front/back office Medical Assistant immediately!

Main duties include:

• Fostering a welcoming and warm environment in our clinic.
• Greeting/scheduling patients.
• Recording insurance billing.
• Applying heat/ice therapy on patients.
• Stretching/massaging patients.
• Assist in intake for patients' health questionnaires regarding health issues including neuropathy, metabolic health, knee and shoulder health, and more.
• Assisting chiropractors in managing and executing treatment plans.

Starting pay is $17-20/hr. Please apply only if you truly love and have a strong work ethic for patient care. In addition, you must be open to interacting with and physically touching patients (all hours count as direct patient care hours).

Requirements:

- It’s a requirement to have a thoughtful/attentive and outgoing personality because there is A LOT of patient interaction. Most patients are regulars who you will get to know pretty well! You will not do well if you are shy or quiet!!!

- Availability: 11AM-7PM Mondays, Wednesdays, AND Fridays.

- Reliable transportation to our clinic located on Miramar Road (near Miramar College).

- No cert required and training will be provided on the job.
